This page is written in the same plain language as the rest of the site, because hiding risk in fine print would tell you more about us than the disclosure does.
Trading risk
Trading foreign exchange and gold (XAUUSD) on margin carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Automated systems can and do lose money — through drawdowns, losing streaks, slippage, spread widening, broker outages, and market conditions the strategy was never built for. You can lose some or all of the capital you allocate.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. That applies to every figure on this site, including the equity curve, monthly returns, win rate, and drawdown shown on the performance page.
What the numbers are — and aren't
Performance figures on this site are computed from MetaAPI deal history on our own house accounts and are self-reported. They are traceable to broker data, but they are not audited and not yet third-party verified. House results do not predict subscriber results — your outcome depends on your broker, your allocation, your spreads and commissions, and the point in the curve at which you start.
What Kairos Edge is
Kairos Edge is software: a subscription that runs automated trading bots on your own MT5 account. It is not a fund, not an investment scheme, and not financial advice. We never take custody of client funds — your capital stays in your broker account at all times, and only you can deposit or withdraw it.
Billing
The subscription is $70 USD per month, paid through the portal's checkout — PayFast (card or EFT) where enabled, manual EFT until the live merchant account is on. Activation happens once payment confirms. There is no auto-debit and no trial. Stopping is not paying the next month.
Regulatory posture
Kairos Edge sells software access, not investment management, and does not provide advice — but we operate in a regulated-adjacent industry and treat that seriously: performance is labeled self-reported, risk is disclosed on every page where returns appear, and marketing claims are limited to what the broker data supports.
