Questions, answered straight
The things a skeptical buyer asks before paying $70 a month — answered the way we'd want them answered.
What do I need before I can use Kairos Edge?
An MT5 account with a broker, plus $70 USD/month for the subscription. Your capital stays in your broker account — Kairos Edge trades on it but never holds your funds.
What happens if the bot loses money?
Losses are part of trading — the performance page shows losing months alongside winners, with the max drawdown labeled. You control the allocation each bot may use and can disable it anytime, which stops new positions from opening.
How does billing work?
Checkout happens in the portal — PayFast (card or EFT) where enabled, manual EFT until the live merchant account is on. There is no auto-debit and we never hold your card details. Cancelling means you simply stop paying.
Is there a free trial?
No. What we offer instead is the published track record: the live equity curve, monthly returns, and drawdown — all computed from broker data.
Who holds my money?
Your broker does. Kairos Edge is software that trades on your MT5 account; it cannot withdraw or move your funds. Deposits and withdrawals are between you and your broker only.
How is the track record verified?
Every published figure is computed from MetaAPI deal history on our own house accounts — broker data, not backtests. It is self-reported today; third-party verification is on the roadmap and the performance page says so.
Which markets and bots are covered?
The published bots trade gold (XAUUSD). The catalogue in the app is the same set we run on the house accounts shown on the performance page — no third-party marketplace strategies.
Can I stop or cancel anytime?
Yes. Disabling a bot stops it opening new positions immediately, and cancelling the subscription is just not paying the next month. There is no lock-in and nothing to unwind.
